Japanese Release Date Confirmed + Info About The PAL Version

"Namco has confirmed that Xenosaga Episode 1: The Will to Power, the upcoming PlayStation 2 RPG developed by Monolith Soft, will be released on February 28 of next year. The basic version will be priced at 7,800, while the special limited edition will cost 12,800 yen -- the extra cash nets serious fans a special binder, artbook, keyring, and character figure along with the two-DVD game.
There has been no confirmation as yet regarding an American release for the game, but we'll pass it along directly to all you frothing Xenogears fans if we ever happen to come upon such news."

And now about the PAL (or UK) release!

As you should know Xenogears (the greatest game of all time) has never seen a light outside Japan and US and the same is feared for Xenosaga.

But according to some person on IGN message board (lol ... not very reliabe source) there was an article in a UK magazine ... ahrrr... here's exacly what he said:

"This is great news. In the new issue of OPM2 (xmas issue) it says that xenosaga will be released in europe by SCEE."

It is nothing official ...but if someone could sent a confirmation or quote of exacly what the magazine says I'd really appriciate it (jacob_c7@hotmail.com). I can't check coz i live in Australia and I don't think we have that magazine here.
